3. Buy or sell on Exchange or Trading.

Trading: an order at your price; it fills when a matching order appears.

In Inventory on the site, right after the deal. Sell them again or withdraw them to Steam.

1. Wallet → “Deposit”.
2. Pick a network and an amount.
3. Send exactly the amount shown to the address shown (with the tag/memo, if there is one).

It is credited automatically after network confirmations.

That is how we recognise your payment. All of it must arrive: if your wallet or exchange takes its fee from the amount, add the fee on top.

The network is still confirming — usually a few minutes. The status is in Wallet.

The request expired before you paid? Within 72 hours the payment is usually still credited automatically.

Nothing after an hour? Write to support with the transaction hash.

Such a payment is not credited automatically. Write to support: network, amount, transaction hash. If the money arrived, we credit it manually.

Another coin instead of USDT, or a network that isn’t in your request, may be impossible to recover.

Wallet → “Withdraw”: network, address, amount. The network minimum is in the form.

Most withdrawals go out automatically within minutes; some are checked by an operator first.

A transfer already sent on the network can’t be reversed — check the address and network.

Still processing? In Wallet, use “Request cancellation via support”: the withdrawal is paused until support replies.

3. Accept our bot’s trade offer in Steam and confirm it in the app.

As soon as Steam completes the trade. If Steam can still reverse it, the items are marked “Protected” and credited automatically at the time shown.

That is Steam’s rule: trades are held if the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator was added less than 7 days ago or the password was reset recently.

We don’t send such trades — the transfer stops. Cancel it in Inventory and try again once the hold is over.

The status is in Inventory. A cancelled trade takes nothing — just try again.

No. You sign in on Steam’s official page and type the password only there. We receive just your public profile and never ask for the password.

Turn on the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator: it protects sign-in and is needed for trades without holds. Check the site address before signing in.

Never share your password or Steam Guard codes — we never ask for them.

Before confirming a trade, check that the items match what you chose on the site.
